When quitting you are going to improve your mood, you will feel so good about yourself and you will conquer the nicotine addiction. Then you will feel like a winner and you can have a new life that is not controlled by nicotine.

The best is to study the different methods until you find something you think you will feel comfortable with. Then you try it. May be you will have to try again. Do not let the excitement fade away. Try again and again until you succeed.
