In one year it can become more than a quarter of a liter.The outcome of all this are smokers lungs and it becomes harder and harder to lead a normal life. When your lungs become badly damaged you will become aware of the first symptoms of smokers lungs. A dry smoker’s cough will develop which is another way of the body to clear the lungs naturally when the cilia cannot function proper any more. The smokers cough is an urgent warning from the body and the lungs. Now it is time to stop. When you carry on with your smoking habit it is going to have a bad influence on you. It will have a negative effect on your loved ones as well. Eventually you will hurt them as well as yourself. The day that I decided to quit it was because I had this ”monkey” on my back. That monkey became my boss. That “boss” kept on forcing it on to me day and night. I realized I had to stop. I realized that smoking was only my mistake; I had no one to blame. So I stopped. If you are a smoker quitting is the only choice you really have. Please make that choice and stop it.
